Overview

A doctor finds himself on the run after he embezzles cash from a ruthless gangster and takes off with his girlfriend. Seeking refuge, he escapes to a secluded village in Mexico, hoping to evade the gangster's wrath. As he settles into his new life, the doctor grapples with guilt and the constant threat of danger lurking in the shadows.
