Overview

Brothers Josh and Mike head to a quaint southern town for a getaway, only to discover a chilling scene—most locals are either dead or vanished. As Mike disappears, Josh partners with the town sheriff and a captivating school teacher to search for him. Their investigation uncovers a terrifying truth: the entire community has been contaminated by toxic waste, transforming the residents into nightmarish toxic vampires who stalk the darkness in search of human blood.
