Overview

Jane, an American traveler with a troubled past, finds herself in Japan where her impressive street-fighting skills catch the eye of Oshima, a renowned karate champion. He takes her under his wing, preparing her for the brutal underground tournament known as "The Kumite." After intense training, Jane must confront some of the fiercest female fighters, including Ling, the apprentice of Oshima's rival. As they navigate the dangerous underbelly of Hong Kong to the glamorous streets of Macao, Jane and Ling must confront dark forces and ultimately determine who reigns supreme in the world of female martial arts.
