Overview

At 31, Vera works as a veterinarian at a small zoo in Transylvania, grappling with the loss of her newborn child. Consumed by grief, she becomes fixated on ensuring her baby receives the traditional Eastern Orthodox burial rites. Her obsession leads her to neglect her relationship with her husband, Toma. As tensions rise, the situation escalates when a tiger escapes from the zoo, forcing Vera to confront both her personal demons and the chaos unfolding around her.
