Overview

To thwart a dangerous terrorist scheme, an FBI agent submits to an experimental surgery that allows him to take on the appearance of a notorious crime lord. However, the operation takes an unexpected turn when the villain regains consciousness sooner than anticipated, igniting a fierce pursuit for vengeance.
