Overview

Sixteen-year-old Kelly leaves behind an elite gymnastics program to start anew in Australia. Motivated by a desire to support a new friend and prove herself against a former rival, she decides to return to competitive gymnastics. As she trains to reclaim her spot in the sport, Kelly must also confront the unresolved issues from her past and learn to balance her ambitions with personal growth. Through determination and resilience, she discovers the true meaning of friendship and self-acceptance.
