Overview

A frantic drive down isolated country roads finds Sarah desperately trying to save her injured father, Mark, as they rush to an evacuation center. Off-duty paramedic Steve knows time is critical, but chaos reigns on their arrival. Blood covers the floor, and overwhelmed medical staff race to assist the injured. As Mark suffers a heart-stopping convulsion, Sarah watches helplessly while medical intervention begins. When she regains consciousness, she awakens in an eerie silence within the darkened facility, bleeding and disoriented, unaware of the horrifying fate that lies ahead.
