Overview

After a disastrous mission leaves Ranger John Cutter unable to rescue a hostage family and results in the loss of his entire team, he faces the repercussions of his failure. Discharged from the army and plagued by guilt, Cutter struggles to find his footing. Meanwhile, the elusive Ukrainian arms dealer, Igor Rodin, continues his dangerous operations. Determined to confront his past and stop Rodin, Cutter embarks on a personal mission that pits him against the very forces that shattered his life.
