Overview

Phillip, played by Aaron Kwok, is a passionate dance instructor specializing in the popular Para Para dance. While in Shanghai, he encounters Yee, a wealthy and impulsive young woman portrayed by Cecilia Cheung, who is fleeing an arranged marriage. Finding solace in Phillip's dance studio, Yee quickly becomes enamored with both the dance and her charming instructor. As their connection deepens, Yee faces the harsh reality of returning to Japan for her wedding. To save her from a life she dreads, Phillip must muster all his charm and creativity to convince her to break free from her obligations.
