Overview

Amid escalating gang violence in Washington D.C., one man's quest for justice ignites a deadly conflict. A young ex-con strives to leave his criminal past behind but finds himself drawn back into the underworld when he reconnects with a childhood friend turned successful drug dealer. Their partnership, initially a beacon of hope, quickly devolves into betrayal as greed and ambition fracture their bond.
