Disillusioned ex-revolutionary Bob lives in a haze of paranoia, off the grid with his determined daughter, Willa. Their quiet life is shattered when Bob's long-time foe reemerges after 16 years, and Willa suddenly vanishes. Driven by desperation, Bob must confront both the dangers of his past and the challenges of finding his daughter, as they both grapple with the lingering effects of his previous life.
