Overview

Hoover Nielbold, an adrenaline-seeking teen, aims to win the heart of the school's most popular girl by taking her for a spin in a modified race car belonging to local speedster Big Bubba Jones. Meanwhile, Hoover's father, Sheriff Harry Nielbold, is enraged and dispatches his inept deputies to apprehend him. As the sheriff's office fills with anxious parents, he teams up with Jones and other racers to bring Hoover to a halt. The escalating tension culminates in an exhilarating car chase through the picturesque countryside, blending excitement with comedic chaos.
