Overview

Engineers from around the globe converge at the Pacific Buoy facility on Hachijo-jima to witness the unveiling of a revolutionary facial recognition system that connects law enforcement cameras worldwide. Invited by Sonoko, Conan and his friends—Kogoro, Ran, Agasa, Haibara, and the Detective Boys—join the event, but Conan receives alarming news from Subaru about a Europol agent’s murder in Germany at the hands of Gin. As Conan boards a police vessel led by Kuroda to ensure security, the Black Organization strikes, kidnapping a female engineer for crucial data. A chilling sound from the ocean foreshadows danger for Haibara.
