Posse (1993)

Overview

A contingent of black soldiers, fresh from fighting in the Spanish-American War, discovers a stash of gold. With aspirations of claiming their rightful reward, they journey westward. Their leader, driven by a personal vendetta, seeks to track down the men responsible for his father's lynching. As they navigate the challenges of the Wild West, the group grapples with themes of justice and revenge, while confronting the harsh realities of racism and betrayal that lurk along their path.
