Overview

Marshall McClary, notorious for his aggressive demeanor and bigoted remarks, is embroiled in a hostage crisis that escalates as he resorts to lethal force. When FBI agents disrupt his chaotic approach, the situation spirals, leaving McClary injured and two criminals on the loose. Learning that the fugitives have made their way to Miami, he pursues them, teaming up with local law enforcement. However, his abrasive attitude alienates everyone he meets, complicating his mission to bring the criminals to justice in a city far from home.
