In the vibrant city of Minato Mirai, excitement buzzes after the Pretty Cures triumph over the villain Fusion. Girls are thrilled, donning costumes of their favorite heroes, while new transfer student Sakagami Ayumi feels isolated. One day, she stumbles upon a quirky creature, which she affectionately names Fuu-chan. Unbeknownst to her, Fuu-chan is a fragment of Fusion, harboring dark powers. In a misguided attempt to cheer Ayumi up, Fuu-chan creates chaos by consuming everything she dislikes. To convey her true emotions, all 28 Pretty Cures unite, igniting a powerful light that promises hope and friendship.
