Overview

Hope (Brittany Lucio) is a perfectionist who dreams of introducing the ideal Christian husband to her family—her father, Reverend Adams (Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs), her mother, Mrs. Adams (Jackee Harry), and her sister, Cherish (KD Aubert). Just as they’re about to leave for the weekend, her fiancé breaks up with her. In a pinch, she turns to her platonic friend Jesse (Chico Benymon), who embodies everything she typically disdains, to pose as her ex-fiancé, the aspiring pastor.
