Overview

Brian Hooks stars as a recently released ex-con navigating the challenges of a new "3 strikes" law that imposes harsh consequences on repeat offenders. With two strikes already against him, he is determined to turn his life around. However, after a friend picks him up and unexpectedly opens fire on police during a traffic stop, Hooks finds himself on the run. Desperate to prove his innocence and disentangle himself from the chaos, he embarks on a tumultuous journey to clear his name and avoid a third strike.
