Overview

As Sam Bell approaches the end of his three-year stint on a lunar mining base, anticipation builds for his return to Earth. Isolated except for GERTY, his artificial intelligence companion, Sam's routine takes a shocking turn after a mysterious accident. Awakening from unconsciousness, he discovers the unsettling reality that he is not the sole inhabitant of the facility.
