Overview

Miranda Wells, an attorney entangled in immigration fraud and murder, leads a double life unbeknownst to her assistant, Carla. Determined to unveil Miranda's dark secrets, journalist Rick Benes infiltrates her office under the guise of David Lopez, an undocumented immigrant. As Rick delves deeper, he becomes dangerously enamored with Miranda. Meanwhile, Carla discovers damning evidence but faces dire consequences when she is attacked and her husband is killed, placing Miranda in the spotlight as the prime suspect.
