The Ash Lad: In Search of the Golden Castle

Overview

After the King and Queen fall ill from poisoning, brothers Per and Pål are unjustly imprisoned as suspects. Meanwhile, their resourceful younger sibling, Espen "Ash Lad," teams up with Princess Kristin on a perilous journey to locate the legendary Soria Moria castle, rumored to be made of gold. Within its walls lies the Water of Life, the sole remedy for her parents' affliction. However, malevolent Danes are also seeking the castle. Failure could mean doom for the brothers, the kingdom, and possibly the entire world. Time is running out for Espen and Kristin.
