Overview

When a genetically modified, bloodthirsty monster breaks free into the plumbing of an apartment complex, a plumber and his germophobic son must confront their fears and get their hands dirty. Together, they embark on a dangerous mission to rescue the building's residents from the lurking threat beneath their feet.
