Overview

In the late 1990s, detective Chi Feng finds himself caught in the crossfire of a brutal turf war between two feuding trafficking rings. As he works to dismantle both criminal organizations, his mission takes a personal turn: he must also rescue a group of women who have been abducted and caught in the chaos.
