Overview

A Cleveland hitman arrives in New York City with a mission to eliminate a low-ranking mob boss. However, his plans become complicated when he encounters a woman from his past, rekindling old emotions that cloud his judgment. Additionally, a peculiar arms dealer, accompanied by his pet rats, proves to be an unexpected obstacle.
