Overview

Aumari, a young Eritrean refugee facing imminent deportation from Israel, finds himself in a precarious situation after a daring escape at the airport. Mistaken for a Nigerian soccer player arriving at the same time, he embraces this new identity and joins Maccabi Netanya. Lacking any real soccer skills, Aumari manages to unite his struggling team while navigating the challenges of his newfound life. Amidst the chaos, a sweet romance blossoms with the team owner's delightful daughter, adding a layer of hope and connection to his otherwise tumultuous journey.
