Overview

Sultan, grappling with the loss of her husband, yearns for a fresh start and expresses her desire to remarry. Her son Nevzat, steeped in tradition, vehemently opposes the idea, especially so soon after their father’s passing. Meanwhile, her daughter Reyhan supports their mother but worries about the rush. Undeterred, Sultan ventures into entrepreneurship, transforming her home into a boarding house and launching a market stall, boldly challenging male vendors. Her courageous pursuit of independence inspires other women in the community, igniting a movement that empowers them to embrace their identities and pursue their dreams.
