Overview

Twelve-year-old Marco lives in a digital bubble, glued to his iPad and avoiding the outside world. Everything changes when his grandfather, affectionately known as "Nonno," moves in after the passing of Marco’s grandmother. Forced out of his comfort zone, Marco discovers bocce ball and bonds with a group of spirited local seniors who play regularly. Through laughter and camaraderie, he learns the value of real connections and rallies a team of neighborhood kids to challenge Nonno and his friends, transforming his summer into an unforgettable adventure.
