Overview

Five lackluster Vermont state troopers, often distracted by their own antics, face the threat of job loss unless they can impress the governor. A chance encounter with a drug operation gives them a glimmer of opportunity, but their efforts are complicated when a competing police department aims to claim the spotlight.
