Overview

Hsiao-lee, a young girl, discovers comfort in her bond with Li-li, who represents the dreams Hsiao-lee has buried deep within. Yet, Hsiao-lee's hopes are put to the test by her mother's history, which reflects her own battles and ensnares her in a pattern of hopelessness.
