Overview

Karl and Stephan, two brothers with contrasting work ethics, head to Munich to pursue medical degrees. While diligent Karl excels academically, lazy Stephan barely scrapes by. A tragic incident resulting from Stephan's negligence leads to Anna's death, and Karl unjustly serves three years in prison for it. Upon his release, he discovers Stephan has died, and a critically ill child requires surgery. Karl’s remarkable skills shine through in the operation, attracting attention.
