Overview

Liu Xuan, a wealthy businessman, acquires the Green Gulf wildlife reserve to kickstart a sea reclamation project. Unbeknownst to him, this area is the sanctuary for merpeople, who suffer devastating consequences from his sonar technology. As sea life perishes, Xuan's ambitions face unexpected obstacles when he encounters Shan, a determined mermaid on a mission to protect her community. Her quest for vengeance puts both their worlds at risk, forcing Xuan to confront the consequences of his actions and the true cost of progress.
