Overview

Severe weather wreaks havoc on the Airport Bridge, trapping individuals and endangering their lives as the structure teeters on the brink of collapse from a series of collisions and explosions. In the midst of this turmoil, the military experiment "Project Silence" unleashes its canine subjects, known as "Echo," who escape their confinement.
