Overview

Matthias returns to his Transylvanian village just before Christmas after leaving his job in Germany. His goal is to reconnect with his son, Rudi, who has been cared for by his mother, Ana, for too long, and to help him overcome lingering fears. Eager to reunite with his former lover, Csilla, Matthias is also concerned about his aging father, Otto. However, the arrival of new workers at Csilla's factory disrupts the community's fragile peace, unleashing hidden anxieties, conflicts, and deep-seated passions among the villagers.
