Overview

Inspired by a purported true story from 1943, the film follows the mysterious case of a US Navy Destroyer Escort that vanished from the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard. The incident leads to two sailors being thrust 40 years ahead in time, landing them in the year 1984. As they grapple with their unexpected leap into the future, they must navigate a world vastly changed from their own and uncover the secrets behind their ship's disappearance.
