Overview

Howard, a timid and simple man, works as a delivery driver and has an unsettling hobby of picking up teenage hitchhikers. When these girls reveal they’re runaways and express disdain for their mothers, it triggers Howard’s violent tendencies rooted in his traumatic past—his sister vanished after running away, leaving their mother clinging to him. Unbeknownst to Howard, he commits horrific acts against his victims, including rape and murder using wire coat hangers, all while his boss grows increasingly suspicious of his erratic delivery schedule and unexplained absences.
