Overview

Nora juggles life as a single mom in a small New Mexico town, working at a truck-stop diner to support her two teenage daughters, Shade and Trudi. The free-spirited Trudi, seeking independence, leaves school to join Nora at the diner, while the introverted Shade spends her days lost in Spanish films.
