Woman on the Run

Overview

Frank Johnson becomes the sole witness to a brutal gangland murder, prompting him to go into hiding. Police Inspector Ferris pursues him, believing Frank fears retaliation from the criminals. Meanwhile, his wife, Eleanor, grapples with her suspicions that Frank is fleeing their troubled marriage. Determined to find him, she teams up with reporter Danny Leggett. As they search, the murderer is also on Frank's trail, shadowing Eleanor closely and raising the stakes in a tense game of cat and mouse.
