Overview

Daniel (Ben Ng), a CIA agent turned sexual predator, exploits his wealth and advanced gadgets to target innocent women. After orchestrating the escape of notorious rapists "Rain Killer" (Ankee Leung) and "Tuen Mun Rapist" (Chan Chi-Fai), he confines two victims in his basement for their brutal entertainment. His next target is Kwan Shi-han (Suki Kwan), a romance author, but first, he sets his sights on her friend, Icy (Yeung Fan), a famous actress. In a race against time, police turn to a reformed deviant, "The Human Milk Drinking Doctor" (Anthony Wong), for insights, hoping to stop Daniel's rampage.
