Overview

Fred, a disturbed businessman, schemes to persuade his wife Janet to back a dubious land venture. When she firmly declines, their argument escalates as they navigate the Ontario wilderness. A car accident leaves Janet gravely injured, but instead of helping her, Fred abandons her, believing she won't survive until morning.
