Delusions of Grandeur

Overview

Don Sallust, the corrupt minister of the Spanish crown, embodies hypocrisy and greed, amassing wealth while oppressing the populace. His deceitful ways catch up with him when the stunning Bavarian princess, The Queen, accuses him of fathering a child with one of her maids of honor. Facing public outrage and royal judgment, Sallust is ousted from his position and forced into retirement at a monastery, where he must confront the consequences of his actions and the disdain of those he once exploited.
