Hugo, a civil servant, finds himself seated on the Ministry's steps, reluctant to return home. Haunted by the haunting 8 mm films discovered in António's home after his death, Hugo recalls their last conversation, where António ominously hinted at his own mortality. This reflection sparks a journey through unresolved feelings and memories, particularly of Adriana, the woman he once loved.
