In May 1960, the China Everest Climbing Commando faces its toughest challenge yet at the notorious "second step" of Mount Everest. After four grueling attempts that have drained their physical and mental reserves, the team is determined to conquer this formidable obstacle. Battling harsh winds and relentless snow, they push their limits, driven by the hope of success.
