Overview

Ryosuke, a widower living alone in Toshima, Tokyo, has adapted to life as a translator after his university teaching days. His daughter, Yuriko, is married to Shigeyuki, a teacher residing in Azumino, Nagano Prefecture. One day, Yuriko unexpectedly arrives at her father's home, leaving him both surprised and curious about her intentions.
