Overview

Yataro Tanigawa, a one-eyed hitman, catches the attention of yakuza leader Gomyo Kiyoemon with his lethal prowess. Impressed, Gomyo enlists Tanigawa as his yojimbo, tasked with safeguarding him amid escalating clan rivalries. As Tanigawa navigates the treacherous landscape of loyalty and betrayal, he ascends within the organization. However, the relentless threats from Gomyo's adversaries soon prove to be a daunting challenge, testing Tanigawa's skills and resolve in a world where survival hangs by a thread.
