Overview

A secret laboratory in Los Angeles is compromised, releasing hordes of vicious raptors into the city. In response, a black-ops team springs into action, determined to regain control before chaos ensues. Meanwhile, a truck carrying more raptors heads to a nearby prison, where the creatures quickly break free.
