The notorious hacker known as 'The Puppetmaster' starts manipulating individuals for political purposes. To combat this growing danger, Section 9, a team of law enforcement officers with cybernetic enhancements, is tasked with uncovering the Puppetmaster's identity and putting an end to their insidious plans.
