Overview

Seventeen years after mercilessly killing nearly an entire family, a notorious serial killer known as "The Sandman" sits on death row, awaiting execution. Before his fate is sealed, a minister is granted permission to offer him last rites, unaware that this minister is actually a voodoo priest and a conspirator with the killer. The priest casts a spell on the Sandman, ensuring that upon his execution, his spirit transfers into a new sandy form. To fully break free from his past and gain ultimate power, the Sandman must track down and eliminate Griffin, the last living member of the family he once decimated.
