Overview
In 1955, Marcel Pagnol, a celebrated 60-year-old playwright and filmmaker, is asked by the editor-in-chief of ELLE magazine to write a weekly column about his childhood. He sees this as a chance to reconnect with his writing roots. Haunted by fading memories and the failure of his last two plays, he begins to doubt himself. Then, young Marcelâthe boy he once wasâmagically appears. Together, they journey through Pagnolâs extraordinary life, reviving his most treasured encounters and memories.
