Overview

On the lacrosse field, Jesse, a privileged girl grappling with personal issues, connects effortlessly with Tosha, a determined athlete from a less affluent background. However, their friendship faces challenges as they navigate the elite prep school environment in Washington, D.C. Racial tensions and societal pressures complicate their bond, forcing both girls to confront not only the prejudices of their peers but also their own internal conflicts. To preserve their relationship, they must find a way to rise above the divisions that threaten to pull them apart.
