Overview

Stoney Cooper, a disgraced ex-cop from Los Angeles, finds himself struggling to survive in New York after being ousted from the force for his rebellious nature. His life takes a dramatic turn when the daughter of a former colleague falls victim to a serial killer wreaking havoc in L.A. Despite the cold reception he receives upon returning to his old stomping grounds, Cooper is determined to track down the murderer and stop the bloodshed, driven by a mix of personal loss and a quest for redemption.
